The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 is an Act to provide protection against harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Complaints may be sent to any members of the ICC individually
The complaint will be kept CONFIDENTIAL.
About the act
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires
"aggrieved women" would mean:
- in relation to a workplace, a women , of any age whether employed or not, who alleges to have subjected to any act of sexual harassment by the respondent;;
- in relation to a dwelling place or house, a women of any age who is employed in such a dwelling place or house;;
"Sexual Harassment" includes any one or more of the following unwelcome acts or behavior (whether directly or by implication) namely:
- physical contact and advances;or
- a demand or request for sexual favours;or
- making sexually coloured remarks;or
- showing pornography;or
- any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature;
